This three-story estate offers unparalleled privacy and expansive spaces for gathering. Enjoy the tranquility of the pool deck, the spacious open-concept kitchen and great room, three distinct bar areas, and two BBQ grill spots. Plush seating throughout all three levels allows groups to spread out and engage in various activities. The soothing sounds of the private waterfall and panoramic ocean views offer total serenity. Wraparound lanais on multiple levels invite you to dine, sunbathe, and relax with endless sky and ocean vistas. Experience breathtaking sunsets, sunrises, and moonrises that harmonize with nature, and find your inner peace among the estate’s rolling grounds, koi ponds, and meditative seating areas.
The two upper-level master suites feature California king beds, cozy seating areas, 60” Smart flat-screen TVs, and two separate baths—one with a soaking jacuzzi tub, toilet, and sink, and the other with a shower, toilet, and sink. One master suite also includes an additional queen bed. The third bedroom features a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Each master suite enjoys a private patio. The two lower-level master suites offer California king beds, en suite full baths, and direct access to the covered lanai and pool deck. The upper-level bunk room, situated with the master suites, offers four beds—two full beds and two twin beds—accommodating a total of 16 guests.
